Situated on the second level of Hyatt Regency Austin’s gorgeous atrium, Cypress Grove offers regional Southwestern cuisine that delights the taste buds with fresh seasonal ingredients. Sophisticated diners appreciate the restaurant’s contemporary décor, set against a wall of glass that overlooks the spectacular Austin skyline. Full American Buffet offered daily.
